More pictures from Ningaloo
Turqouise Bay, Ningaloo Reef
This is where we did our drift snorkel. Get in at the top of the pic,
drift downhill with the current, get out before hitting Madagascar!
The day before this pic was taken, the lagoon had been closed to humans
This was to accomodate the 4 false killer whales that came here on Sunday, possibly
sheltering from larger predators. Hmmm what's larger than a false killer whale?

The deadly Blue Ringed Octopus- This picture was taken by my mate Karen(oh no Ozzie Lingo appearing) who was also in Coral Bay.
The blue-ringed octopus is one of the most toxic known sea creatures, next to the box jellyfish. It carries enough poison to kill 26 adult humans within minutes. There is no antidote. Shall we try not to step on him then? PS if its showing its blue rings, I think it means it isn't very happy, or 'clear off, I'm the dangerous blue ringed octopus'.

We went swimming with a BIG whale shark in the outer reef off Exmouth

I hope I can put some pix of 'our shark' up soon.
